Company production capacity & machine set up as given below : –

Our present capacity of yarn dyeing is 400 Tons per Month (4800 Tons/Anum). We are making Texturised, Air Texturised, Twisted, 100% Spun Polyester & Nylon Dyed yarn. 

We made set up considering the yarn dyeing & having backward integration of in-house production of Texturise & Twisted yarn to give better quality of yarn. We are having modern technology machines at all the stages to give better result of final yarn. 

We made our Yarn Testing Lab & Dyeing lab set up made for testing all the parameters of incoming,  in process & final product to meet the standard results. We test all the parameters of dyed yarn to meet customer’s specification & requirements. Our lab dyeing machine setup is made to test any standards of ISO, AAATCC etc test method. For shade matching we are having X-Rite make Light Box to match the shade in customer specific light source.

Our product are OEKO-TEX certified.  

We are very much keen to take care of Environment of water & Air, we are having full-fledged Effluent Treatment Plant with latest technology equipment to meet Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) facility & for Air Pollution in Boiler we are having Bag filter of latest technology to prevent air pollution.
